This is an amazing opportunity for a small number of Dr. Susie’s students to take a deeper dive into her teachings and practice under her guidance. 

There will be a Pre-Gathering Zoom session, group sessions, discussions, demonstrations, two individual sessions per participant with a horse, and a Post-Gathering Zoom follow-up. Individual sessions may be on the ground, in the saddle, or a combination of both (participant choice).

Gathering Prerequisites

Participants with horses must have worked with Dr. Susie personally or attended a previous Gathering and commit to attending all three days in their entirety. Remote sessions can be booked with Dr. Susie at Drsusanfay.com

Auditors must have worked with Dr. Susie personally, attended a previous Gathering, or completed her online Breath course (to be released in Spring 2024), and commit to attending all three days in their entirety. As an auditor, you will see how various horses respond to Dr. Susie’s work and learn her techniques by observing. Dr. Susie is very attentive to auditors’ questions and comments. Registration Information
Participants and auditors are encouraged to reserve their spots and stabling choices early. This event will fill quickly. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the spot can be filled from the waiting list

Participants with horses: $600.00   
$300 deposit due July 15, $300 due September 15

Auditors: $225.00                                     
$100 deposit due July 15, $125 due September 15

– Registration fees include three days of demonstrations, discussion, and group and individual sessions.
– Each participant with a horse will have two individual sessions with Dr. Susie.
– Breakfast, lunch, and snacks each day are included.
– Lodging, stabling fees, and Saturday’s group dinner are not included.

Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable unless your spot can be filled.

Stabling Options
Stall options are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Stabling fees are due September 15.
12 x 12 stall   $25/day
12 x12 stall with panel runout   $30/day (two available)
22 x 12 stall   $35/day (four available)

–  There will be the opportunity for horses to have limited turnout time on a rotational basis.
–  Paddocks are not available for long-term or overnight turnout.
–  Stalls will be available Thursday and Monday at the regular day rate for those who wish to arrive Thursday and/or leave Monday.
–  Participants are responsible for their horse’s care and stall/run-in cleaning. Stalls must be stripped upon departure. The facility will provide muck buckets, picks, etc.
–  Stalls will be bedded upon arrival. Extra shavings will be available for purchase onsite. 

Equine Requirements
–  Proof of Flu/Rhino Vaccines. Vaccines must be current within the last year and given at least seven days before arrival at the venue.
–  Negative Coggins within 12 months.
–  Horses must have basic handling skills and be well-behaved in a paddock or stall setting.
–  No stallions.

Lodging
Book your lodging as soon as possible. November is leaf season in the Upstate.  The farm address is 295 Shelton Road, Travelers Rest, SC for reference. The Gathering will begin at 9:00 and end at 5:00 each day.  If anyone would like to contact other participants about group lodging, let Laura know.

Additional Information
–  Bring a chair.
–  SC weather is extremely unpredictable. Be prepared for heat, cold, rain, and wind – possibly all in the same 24 hours. We will be in an indoor arena.
–  No dogs allowed.
